Our History
“The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”, this couldn’t be more true in the case of our Founder and President, Billy Mardis. Following in the footsteps of his beloved late father, Jeff Mardis (Founder of Rainbow Design Services) by starting with a small telecommunications company and growing with the ever-increasing needs of the industry, entrusted by all customers to do the job right. Billy is proud to follow in his dad’s footsteps and provide exceptional service to the industry. Billy worked many years at Rainbow Design Services gaining experience before opening Integrity Mapping of Louisville, INC. in 2021. The company began as a 2 man crew and quickly grew as the customer needs increased. We are still growing today!

From helping his father with installs for Storer Cable at the age of 5, to doing walkout with his father at the age of 11 during the summers, to strand drafting as an after school and summer job in high school, to supervising a design team at Rainbow Design Services, Integrity Mapping of Louisville, Inc. president Billy Mardis has literally grown up in the telecommunications industry. Even when pursuing other avenues all roads lead him back to what has provided for his family from the day he was born. While Billy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of design, his true expertise is his ability to assess people’s strengths and weaknesses and put them in the best position to be successful. This is the mindset that has helped shape the mission, vision, and growth of Integrity Mapping of Louisville, Inc.

She has an extensive background in customer service and peer counselling. Her first introduction to the cable world was in the role of "Annotator" which requires extensive focus, ability to learn quickly, and have great accuracy. Today she supports customers, contractors, and employees leading the QC team, answering customer and employee questions, tracking project progress, and managing payroll. Her attention to detail and dedication makes her a great supporter to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately.

Paul started with the company at its roots and has led the effort in getting all onboarded field contractor teams trained to the standards we set forth for all customer deliveries. Ensuring that Integrity goes above and beyond the provided scope of work for each client. Paul brings over 10 years of management experience prior to working in telecommunications. His hard work and dedication in the field allowed him to quickly rise to lead our field teams. Today he supports all of our field crews and isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves to help in any situation. His ability to quickly learn new rules and technology is a huge asset when working with the field teams.
